Open the form, fill it out and save your changes.
Email the form as an attachment to: director@bridgeplayschool.org
There is no fee to submit the form.
In your email message, please include your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice for attending an Open House in order of preference. The dates are listed below.

Open Houses

To learn more about our school, parents attend one of our scheduled open houses. An Enrollment Interest Form must be submitted in order to attend. Parents are then invited to return to the school with their child for an informal one-on-one visit in order to get a closer look at the daily life of the school.

2025-2026 School Year – Limited spots are available in our 2s and 3b4s classes. For details contact director@bridgeplayschool.org.
